Education and continuous formation are the most important aspects of entrepreneurial responsibility in the digitalisation process.
In order to answer questions concerning the What and How of digital transformation, we use innovative methods of entrepreneurship and innovative science. We base our concepts on design thinking and lean start up philosophies. Design thinking workshops will offer the first initial results, ideas and hypotheses about digital formats, which we then test and validate in the market. Within a business model canvas we document milestones, creating a business plan. In short sprints, these models will be optimised, assumptions translated into prototypes and tested as long as it takes to come up with a new feasible educational product.
